On the phone or a video call. You tell me how you work and where customers slip away. No commitment.
Before you pay anything, you see your website and your assistant with your name, your services and your hours.
You send me texts and photos (or we make them together). I take care of the domain, the website, bookings and the assistant.
Maintenance, changes and support are included in the monthly fee. If something breaks, you call me, not a call centre.

The assistant only uses the information you approve: services, prices, hours, rules. If it's asked something it doesn't know, it doesn't make it up. It tells the customer and passes the conversation to you.
Everything follows GDPR: we sign a data processing agreement, data is stored on European servers and it's only used for your business.
